It's definitely an asset to have a profound competence in some of the technologies we are using – or going to use. We do need people that can extend our skillset right from the beginning. But since passion and curiosity beat skills over time, skill is not the primary thing we're looking for.

Our product is a wide combination of design, psychology, data acquisition, data processing, data analysis, web and mobile interfaces, various databases, cloud servers, and APIs.

In the end, it's a negotiation AI that handles conversations better than human beings. To work, the system must have the best possible data available and the capabilities to figure out the next move and to generate the natural language to communicate it. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you are going to...

• Be an essential part of our ML team.
• Discover, experiment, and implement the newest applicable machine learning technologies in our data processing, and analyze data. Quite often this relates to NLP.
• Design and implement full data pipelines (with online learning) around these ML applications. Take responsibility for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement training data collection processes and be responsible for the quality of the training data.
• Apply Clean Code principles, test your code, and review others' code.

This means that you'll need to...

• Have proficiency in Python.
• Have proficiency in common ML libraries like sklearn and TensorFlow.

It would be of help to also...

• Know Kafka
• Know SQL (PostgreSQL)
